LEVERAGE FAQ

Questions answered. Before you hand off the work.

Learn how Leverage combines AI execution, human oversight, business integrations, permissions, approvals, and ongoing support into one operating experience.

01
HOW LEVERAGE WORKS

Understanding the service.

Leverage is an AI-powered business execution service from Sixty8 Inc. It combines artificial intelligence, automation, connected business systems, and real human support so businesses can hand off work instead of managing every task manually.

Rather than giving you another AI tool to operate, Leverage is designed around outcomes: you tell Leverage what needs to get done, and the system determines the appropriate path to complete the work.

No. AI is one part of Leverage, but the service is built around execution rather than conversation alone.

A request may be completed entirely by AI, routed through AI with human review, handled directly by a human partner, or paused until you approve the next action.

Leverage evaluates the type of request, the permissions you have granted, the potential impact of the action, whether external communication is involved, and whether human judgment or approval is appropriate.

Routine, low-risk work can often be automated. Higher-risk or judgment-heavy work can be routed to a human or paused for your approval.

No. Leverage is intentionally designed so customers do not need to become automation engineers or learn complicated agent-building tools.

The primary experience is simple: tell Leverage what you want accomplished and follow the request as it moves through execution, review, approval, and completion.

02
HUMAN SUPPORT

AI with someone behind it.

Yes. Human involvement is a core part of the Leverage service, not an emergency fallback.

Depending on your plan and the request, a Sixty8 human partner may review AI-generated work, communicate with third parties, make judgment calls, perform technical work, or take over a request entirely.

Not exactly. The role is broader than a traditional virtual assistant.

Your human partner works alongside the Leverage platform and can step into operational, technical, communication, review, and decision-making workflows where a real person provides value.

Yes. Customers can escalate a request to human assistance when they prefer additional review, judgment, or direct human involvement.

03
CONNECTIONS

Working with the systems you already use.

Leverage is intended to work across common business categories including email, calendars, documents, websites, CRM systems, cloud storage, productivity platforms, and accounting workflows.

Individual integrations will depend on the systems your business uses and the connection capabilities available for those platforms.

No. The goal is generally to connect Leverage to the tools you already use rather than forcing your business to move into an entirely new software ecosystem.

Website access can be part of a Leverage setup where the required integration or secure access method is available.

Permissions can also be separated so Leverage may be able to review content or create drafts without automatically receiving authorization to publish, install software, or make destructive changes.

04
PERMISSIONS & CONTROL

You decide how far Leverage can go.

No. Connection and authorization are treated as separate concepts.

Where supported, permissions can define whether Leverage may read information, create content, perform actions, require human involvement, or wait for your approval.

Yes. Approval gates are an important part of the Leverage model.

For example, Leverage could be allowed to prepare a website update but remain prohibited from publishing it until you explicitly approve the change.

Yes. Workflows can be designed so specific categories of work are routed to human review or human execution instead of being completed autonomously.

The Leverage experience is designed around visible request status and activity history so customers can understand what happened, who or what performed the action, and when it occurred.

05
GETTING STARTED

From onboarding to delegation.

A typical onboarding process includes establishing your business profile, identifying the systems you want to connect, defining permissions and approval requirements, building relevant business knowledge, and establishing your human support relationship.

No. You can begin with the systems and workflows that are most useful to your business and expand your Leverage setup over time.

Good starting points are repetitive work, follow-up, research, administrative tasks, content preparation, document review, scheduling, website requests, and other work that regularly consumes time from your existing team.

06
PLANS & CAPACITY

Understanding how service capacity works.

Leverage is intended to be offered as an ongoing service rather than requiring customers to purchase every task as a separate consulting engagement.

Final plan structures may combine platform capabilities, connected systems, automation capacity, and included human support.

Human capacity may vary by plan. Some plans may include a defined amount of human support or operating capacity, while larger or custom arrangements may provide additional coverage.

That is one of the central goals of the service. Additional systems, workflows, permissions, operating capacity, and human involvement can be added as your requirements grow.
