Sixty8 Referral Program

Referral Program Terms

These terms explain how referral attribution, commissions, service credits, service grants, staff sales tiers, and eligibility work within the Sixty8 Referral Program.

Version 1.2 Effective September 13, 2026 Supplemental to Sixty8 Terms of Service

1. Purpose of the Program

The Sixty8 Referral Program allows eligible participants to introduce prospective clients, customers, partners, or project opportunities to Sixty8. Certain qualifying referrals may become eligible for referral rewards under these Referral Program Terms.

Referral rewards may be issued as cash commission, Sixty8 service credit, or a Sixty8 service grant, depending on the participant's relationship to Sixty8 and the applicable reward schedule.

2. Eligible Participant Classes

2.1 Staff Referral Program

Any eligible Sixty8 staff member may earn a standard referral commission. The standard staff referral commission is 5% of Qualifying Revenue.

2.2 Sixty8 Sales Commission Program

Staff members who complete applicable Sixty8 sales training, meet role requirements, and are approved for a dedicated sales or business-development tier may earn a higher commission rate.

Approved sales commission tiers may range from 6% up to 10% of Qualifying Revenue.

2.3 Clients

Eligible Sixty8 clients may elect either a 4% cash commission or a 6% Sixty8 service credit.

2.4 Vendors and Partners

Eligible vendors and business partners may elect either a 6% Sixty8 service credit or a 7.5% Sixty8 service grant value.

2.5 General Public

Unless otherwise stated in a campaign or written notice, members of the public may receive a 4% cash commission.

3. What Counts as a Referral

A referral is generally considered submitted when Sixty8 receives enough information to identify the referrer, the referred person or organization, the potential opportunity, and any other information reasonably requested by Sixty8.

A submission does not automatically become an accepted or reward-eligible referral.

4. Duplicate, Existing, and Prior Opportunities

A referral may be ineligible if the referred person, organization, or substantially similar opportunity:

  • is already a Sixty8 client;
  • is already in Sixty8's active sales pipeline;
  • has been previously referred by another person;
  • has already contacted Sixty8;
  • is already under discussion with Sixty8; or
  • was known to Sixty8 before the referral was submitted.

Sixty8's internal records control in determining referral priority and attribution.

5. Referral Attribution

When Sixty8 accepts a referral, Sixty8 may associate the referrer's identity with the related prospect, opportunity, or client record. Acceptance of attribution does not by itself establish reward eligibility.

6. Qualification and Acceptance

Sixty8 has sole discretion to determine whether a referral fits Sixty8's services or business model, is commercially viable, complies with these Referral Program Terms, represents a legitimate opportunity, and should be accepted, rejected, or placed on hold.

7. Qualifying Revenue

Unless a separate written referral agreement or promotion states otherwise, referral rewards are calculated only on Qualifying Revenue actually received by Sixty8 from the first qualifying engagement with the referred party.

Qualifying Revenue excludes:

  • taxes;
  • government filing, permit, or registration fees;
  • third-party software, licensing, hosting, advertising, media-buy, or platform costs;
  • hardware, materials, shipping, or other pass-through expenses;
  • reimbursed expenses;
  • credits, discounts, refunds, reversals, disputes, or chargebacks;
  • financing proceeds that are not earned service revenue; and
  • other amounts Sixty8 reasonably classifies as pass-through or non-commissionable.

8. Standard Referral and Sales Reward Schedule

Participant / TierReward

Sales Specialist7.5% cash commission
Senior Sales Representative9% cash commission
Elite / Top-Tier Sales Representative10% cash commission

9. Standard Reward Cap

Unless a separate written agreement or promotion provides otherwise, the maximum Qualifying Revenue used to calculate a standard referral reward is $50,000 per referred client.

10. When a Reward Is Earned

A referral or sales commission is earned only after:

  • the referral or opportunity has been accepted by Sixty8;
  • the referred party enters a qualifying paid engagement;
  • Sixty8 actually receives the applicable Qualifying Revenue;
  • the applicable payment has cleared;
  • at least 30 calendar days have passed without refund, reversal, chargeback, or cancellation affecting that payment; and
  • the participant remains in compliance with these terms and any applicable internal policy.

11. Sales Tier Qualification and Review

Sales tiers are not permanent entitlements.

Sixty8 may establish qualification requirements including:

  • completion of approved sales training;
  • active sales or business-development assignment;
  • collected Qualifying Revenue;
  • qualified opportunities created;
  • conversion rate;
  • customer retention or satisfaction;
  • CRM / pipeline hygiene;
  • adherence to pricing, legal, and sales policies; and
  • professional conduct.

12. Commission Board and Recognition

Sixty8 may operate an internal commission or performance board for staff and sales participants. The board may display qualified referrals, converted opportunities, collected Qualifying Revenue, commission earned, conversion rate, current sales tier, rankings, and achievement milestones.

Internal recognition does not alter commission owed unless a separate written incentive or bonus program expressly states otherwise.

13. Reward Election

Where a participant is eligible for more than one reward form, the participant chooses the reward type after the referral becomes eligible.

14. Cash Commission Payments

Cash commissions are paid according to Sixty8's applicable payment process after the reward becomes earned. Sixty8 may require identity verification, tax documentation, and a valid payment method before issuing payment.

15. Sixty8 Service Credits

A Sixty8 service credit:

  • may be applied only toward eligible Sixty8 services;
  • has no cash redemption value;
  • may not be sold or transferred without Sixty8's written approval;
  • may not ordinarily be used for taxes, filing fees, pass-through expenses, third-party costs, hardware, or media spend; and
  • expires 24 months after issuance unless otherwise stated.

16. Sixty8 Service Grants

A Sixty8 service grant is a non-cash award of Sixty8 service value issued in the name of an eligible vendor, partner, sponsor, or other approved participant for the benefit of an approved third-party recipient.

  • It is not cash.
  • It is not redeemable for cash by either the sponsor or recipient.
  • It may be used only for eligible Sixty8 services.
  • It may be subject to defined scope, milestones, expiration, or permitted-use rules.
  • It may exclude third-party costs and pass-through expenses.
  • It requires Sixty8 approval of the intended recipient and proposed use.
  • It may include appropriate recognition of the sponsoring vendor or partner.

Unless otherwise stated when awarded, service grants expire 24 months after issuance.

17. Refunds, Cancellations, Chargebacks, and Nonpayment

If client payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, cancelled, or not successfully collected, Sixty8 may reduce, delay, offset, or eliminate the related referral reward or sales commission.

18. Taxes

Referral participants and commission recipients are responsible for their own federal, state, local, and other tax obligations arising from referral payments or other taxable benefits.

19. Staff and Sales Policies

Staff and dedicated sales compensation may be subject to separate employment, contractor, compensation, training, or internal policy terms. Where an applicable written staff or sales policy conflicts with these public Referral Program Terms, the applicable internal policy or written compensation agreement controls.

20. Prohibited Conduct

Participants may not submit fabricated or misleading referrals, manipulate attribution, impersonate another person, promise pricing or outcomes on Sixty8's behalf, send unlawful spam, misuse confidential information, bypass Sixty8's sales process, or engage in abusive conduct.

21. No Authority to Bind Sixty8

Participation in the Referral Program or Sales Commission Program does not independently create an agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, brokerage, or fiduciary relationship.

22. Privacy and Consent

Participants should provide referral information only where they have a reasonable and lawful basis to make the introduction. Referral information will be handled in accordance with Sixty8's Privacy Policy and applicable law.

23. No Guarantee of Contact or Engagement

Sixty8 does not guarantee that it will contact, accept, quote, contract with, or perform services for any referred party.

24. Program Changes or Termination

Sixty8 may modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program, Sales Commission Program, reward schedules, sales tiers, or these Referral Program Terms at any time, subject to applicable law and any written agreement.

25. General Terms

These Referral Program Terms are supplemental to Sixty8's general Terms of Service. To the extent of a direct conflict regarding the Referral Program, these Referral Program Terms control unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.

26. Contact

Questions about the Sixty8 Referral Program may be directed through Sixty8's Contact page or other published contact method.

These terms govern the public Referral Program. Staff and dedicated sales roles may also be subject to separate internal compensation, training, employment, or contractor policies.
