WHAT BLUEPRINT ACTUALLY GIVES YOU

Clarity doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from asking the right questions in the right order.

Blueprint turns scattered ideas, assumptions, and possibilities into a documented path forward.

01 DISCOVERY

Structured Intake

We gather the context first: the idea, the business, the customer, what already exists, and what feels unclear.

OUTPUT A clearer starting picture.
02 CONVERSATION

Strategy Session

A focused working session to challenge assumptions, surface priorities, identify risk, and understand what matters most.

OUTPUT Better questions. Better decisions.
03 ASSESSMENT

Current-State Review

We look at the business, digital presence, tools, workflows, opportunities, and constraints that already exist.

OUTPUT What is working, missing, or premature.
05 DOCUMENTATION

Written Blueprint

You receive a documented summary of the findings, priorities, recommendations, and practical next steps.

OUTPUT Something you can actually act on.
YOU LEAVE WITH Direction—not just another conversation.

Blueprint is designed to create a usable decision framework, whether the next move is with Sixty8, with another provider, or simply waiting until the timing is right.

WHO BLUEPRINT IS FOR

Blueprint may be right for you if one of these sounds familiar.

You do not need to have everything figured out. You just need enough uncertainty that making the next move without a clearer plan feels risky.

01

I have an idea, but I don’t know where to start.

You can see the opportunity, but the path from idea to execution still feels blurry.

BLUEPRINT HELPS Turn possibility into sequence.
That’s me
02

My business is operating, but everything feels disconnected.

You have pieces in place—website, email, tools, workflows—but they are not working together as clearly as they should.

BLUEPRINT HELPS Find the gaps and define the order.
That’s me
04

I’m about to spend money, and I want a second opinion first.

You are considering a meaningful investment and want an experienced perspective before committing to scope, software, or development.

BLUEPRINT HELPS Pressure-test the decision before the spend.
That’s me
THE BLUEPRINT METHOD

Not everything should happen now. That’s the point.

Blueprint separates what feels urgent from what is actually important. The result is a sequence you can act on without trying to build everything at once.

GOOD STRATEGY ISN'T “Do more.”

It is knowing what deserves attention first, what depends on something else, and what should wait.

FROM POSSIBILITY TO PRIORITY
01
ACT NOW

Now

Necessary, high-impact, time-sensitive, or foundational.

Does something depend on it? Does delay create friction? Does it unlock the next move?
DECISION Do this first.
02
SEQUENCE

Next

Valuable work that makes sense after the foundation is in place.

Does it depend on Now? Will timing improve the outcome? Can it wait without real cost?
DECISION Build after.
03
WHEN JUSTIFIED

Later

Useful capability that should wait until the business earns the need.

Is there enough demand yet? Will complexity create overhead? Can simpler tools handle it now?
DECISION Grow into it.
04
HOLD

Not Yet

Good idea. Wrong timing. Insufficient evidence. Or unnecessary complexity.

What problem does it solve? Is there evidence we need it? What happens if we do nothing?
DECISION Don’t spend yet.
WHAT BLUEPRINT IS NOT

Clarity also means knowing what this is not.

Blueprint is advisory work. The recommendation has to make sense— even when the answer is “wait.”

01

Not a business plan.

Blueprint helps define direction, priorities, systems, and practical next steps. It is not a formal investor-ready business plan or financial projection package.

WHAT IT DOES Helps you decide what should happen next.
02

Not legal or tax advice.

We can help organize information, workflows, and business setup requirements, but legal and tax decisions should be reviewed with the appropriate licensed professional.

WHAT IT DOES Helps identify where professional guidance may be needed.
03

Not automatically a website project.

A website may be the right next move—but Blueprint does not begin with that assumption. The recommendation is based on what the business actually needs.

WHAT IT DOES Separates the real need from the obvious purchase.
BLUEPRINT INVESTMENT

$495 for clarity before a larger investment.

Blueprint is designed to help you make a better decision before committing more time, money, technology, or development effort.

BLUEPRINT $495

One structured advisory engagement focused on understanding the current situation, identifying priorities, and documenting the next practical steps.

If Blueprint says “wait,” you still leave with the Blueprint.

WHAT THE $495 BUYS A DECISION FRAMEWORK
01

Context around the business, idea, customer, current state, and what feels unclear.

02

03
Current-State Review

A practical look at what already exists, what is missing, and what may be premature.

04
Now / Next / Later Prioritization

Recommendations are sorted into a usable sequence instead of being handed back as one long list.

05
Written Blueprint

A documented summary of findings, recommendations, priorities, and practical next steps.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER BLUEPRINT?

BEFORE YOU START

A few things you should know before we build the Blueprint.

Blueprint is designed to reduce uncertainty before a larger decision. These are the practical questions people usually have before starting.

What happens during the strategy session?
We work through the idea, business, current systems, priorities, constraints, opportunities, and the decisions that feel unclear. The goal is not to spend the session pitching solutions. The goal is to understand the situation well enough to determine what deserves attention first.
How long does the Blueprint process take?
Timing depends on the complexity of the business and how quickly the required information is available. Blueprint is intended to be a focused advisory engagement rather than a long consulting project. Your specific timeline will be confirmed when the engagement begins.
What do I need to provide before we start?
We may ask for information about the business, goals, existing website or systems, current tools, customer experience, known problems, and any solutions you are already considering. You do not need to prepare a perfect presentation. The structured intake helps organize the information with you.
Can Blueprint be used for an existing business?
Yes. Blueprint is not limited to brand-new ideas. It can also be useful when an existing business has accumulated disconnected tools, outdated systems, an unclear digital strategy, or several competing priorities and needs help deciding what should happen next.
Do I have to hire Sixty8 after Blueprint?
No. The written Blueprint is intended to stand on its own as a decision framework. You may choose to continue with Sixty8, work with another provider, complete some work internally, or wait until the timing is better.
Can the recommendations include tools or providers outside Sixty8?
Yes. The recommendation should be based on what makes sense for the business. That may include existing platforms, third-party tools, outside specialists, or solutions that Sixty8 does not directly provide.
How does the $495 project credit work?
For eligible projects that move into qualifying Kickstart Start or Launch work within the applicable credit period, the Blueprint investment may be applied toward the follow-on engagement. Eligibility, timing, scope, and credit application are governed by the applicable Kickstart terms and project agreement.
Is the Blueprint fee refundable?
Blueprint is a professional advisory engagement that begins with structured discovery, analysis, and strategy work. Refund or cancellation terms should be reviewed in the applicable service agreement before the engagement begins.
What if the recommendation is to wait?
Then waiting may be the correct outcome. You still receive the Blueprint, the findings, the priorities, and the reasoning behind the recommendation. A project does not have to begin immediately for Blueprint to have done its job.
Will I receive a written copy of the findings and priorities?
Yes. The written Blueprint documents the current-state findings, recommended priorities, practical next steps, and the Now / Next / Later framework developed during the engagement.
YOUR NEXT MOVE

You don’t need another guess. You need a clearer next move.

Blueprint gives you the structure to decide what should happen now, what can wait, and what may not be worth building yet.

CLARITY BEFORE COMPLEXITY.
